Data Protection and Privacy Policy

There are two Privacy Notices which describe the legal basis for us to obtain and process your personal data.

The first - the Thomas More Chambers Privacy Notice - relates to your use of this website and to any occasions when you may contact Chambers, whether as an individual or as a representative of an organisation or company. It also relates to the data which Chambers processes in respect of Employees, Tenants and Pupils. It does not relate to the supply of legal services by individual members of Chambers to clients.

The second - the TMC Client Privacy Notice - relates to the supply of legal services by individual members of Chambers to clients and applies whether the barrister is instructed by a firm of solicitors or on a direct access basis.
