Mathew Sherratt QC, Fiona EdingtonandPuneet Rai, instructed by Lewis Cherry, appeared in the court martial proceedings related to the deaths of LCpl Roberts, LCpl Maher and Cpl Dunsby during an exercise in the Brecon Beacons in 2013. Fiona Edington represented interested persons at the inquest into their deaths.

Fiona Edington and Puneet Rai, again instructed by Lewis Cherry, also appeared at the inquest into the death of Corporal Joshua Hoole.
